About the event
Our 6 day/5 night study abroad program in Costa Rica is designed to provide transformative global learning experiences for university students. The program's goals include fostering critical thought, intercultural proficiency, and leadership development. Participants will gain practical experiences outside the United States, preparing them for successful careers in the global workforce or further developing their entrepreneurial skills.
Students will go through an application process to be selected to join 1 of the 30 in the cohort. Upon acceptance, students will enter a 6-week program. The first 3 weeks will be comprised of weekly informational sessions on the trip and program, as well as students creating their own groups to find an innovative solution to a problem in their host country (Costa Rica). Program Cost
Total cost of the program per student. This cost gives students a semi-inclusive study abroad package that includes : all accommodations, roundtrip airport transportation, all transportation to set destinations in Costa Rica, select meals (breakfast daily, some lunch & dinners) all tours & excursions, site visits & activities, travel coordination, flight coordination, private hosts & guides, and group photographers & videographers.
